PET-CT

Computed tomography (CT) systems take pictures of structures within the body. A computer combines the data from multiple X-ray images and turns them in pictures to examine the patient's body. Positron emission tomography (PET) scanners operate like CTs, except that the image shows the tissue concentration of a positron-emitting radioisotope.

This scanner is a state-of-the-art Integrated Computed Tomography and Positron Emission Tomography Scanner.
This system combines two industry-leading technologies to deliver a new frontier in oncology imaging.
